The benefits of juicing are many and make it much easier to feel confident about ridding my life of medications and chemicals.
After a lifetime of blindness to the world we are living in and some bad pharmaceutical experiences, I have found myself spending hour after hour uncovering poisons around every corner, and have essentially sworn synthetic chemicals out of my life for good.
Fortunately, although there are some pretty lame warnings about the safety of juicing, the benefits of juicing are many and make it much easier to feel confident about ridding my life of medications and chemicals.

As you can imagine, the research therein has taken me to some weird, and sometimes scary places on the internet.I have seen documentaries that will give you nightmares about our food industry, and also stumbled across a few that really resonated with me, gave me hope, and aided my search for alternative medicine.

Through all my research, something has really stuck with me as not only a treatment for physical ailments that may arise, but as a preventative measure against disease as well, is juicing vegetables.
There are several documentaries, and blogs written by people who are literally curing themselves from diseases, some that were unknown to be curable, with fresh, cold-pressed juice. Why is it so medicinal, you may ask?
Because juicing raw vegetables is concentrating valuable phytonutrients and keeping them intact before you digest them, making it possible to get every possible nutrient contained in the vegetable therein, unadulterated.
The Benefits of Juicing Are Astounding
One glass of juice takes a whole slew of vegetables to make. By giving your body juice, you are essentially “main-lining” a plethora nutrients straight into your blood stream, giving your body the exact tools it needs to boost the immune system and heal itself without conventional medications.
A lie that we are programmed to believe by western medicine is that our diet isn’t the cause of our health problems, and without medication we are helpless.
With people making this discovery and helping themselves so immensely, I decided that though I am in good health and am not suffering from any disease or ailment, juicing can help me. If people are getting the help they need when they are actually sick, then juicing has got to be a preventative measure that is worth-while.
In my quest to eliminate chemicals and conventional medication, juicing is going to be my first line of defense. Though I haven’t received my juicer yet, it’s in the works and I should have it within a couple of weeks. To say I’m excited is an understatement.

Juicing is good you’re your digestive tract because it literally cleans you out. People who start a full-blown juice fast often report severe evacuation of their bowels, which as gross as it sounds, is fantastic for your body. The bowels are where most of the poisons that we ingest end up sitting for a long, long time. If you don’t clean it out every so often it can cause major health problems.
Many report being in a much better mood when they’re on a juice fast, as well as full of energy they never even knew they had. Anyone I’ve talked to that was presently embarking on a juice fast told me they feel absolutely great, and hunger isn’t something that really bothers them despite having no solid food.
Juicing is the best way to detox from the Standard American Diet, which causes obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, depression, and a whole slew of other awful side-effects. The problem is that most people don’t realize that this is the cause of their health problems, though it may seem like common sense right now. More often than not, people believe their medical problems are hereditary and the only thing they can do to help them is to pop a pill. Unfortunately, many of them do this their entire lives, simply living with the awful side-effects and problems that these medications are causing.
Breaking Through The Programming of Society
After all, it’s not called the “Standard American Diet” for no reason, it’s the standard for society, as in most people are consuming it. It’s not the people’s fault, though. This is what we’re taught, and more often than not discovering the truth involves breaking free of the mold you were set in as a child.
In many cases this will involve professional help, as the programming we are subjected to is powerful and sometimes is the detriment to our health that we can’t seem to identify, always getting in the way of our progression.
The best of the benefits of juicing is that you can do it all on your own. You can go to the store, buy a juicer and some vegetables, and boom! Medicine! So even if you are having a hard time wrapping your head around eliminating medications or conventional methods of treatment, you can still juice and reap the benefits.
